Infant Bottle/Breast Feeding
Whether you're breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, May Flowers offers support for your feeding journey with baby. We can help with transitioning from breastfeeding to bottles, and address breastfeeding issues like latch problems, pain, and feeding inefficiencies.
Introducing Solids
Starting solids doesn’t need to be overwhelming or scary. We can provide support with assessing for solids readiness, oral motor, and developmental skills necessary for feeding, sensory challenges impacting progressing solids and much more!
Toddler Picky Eating
So you’ve introduced solids, and now are noticing that baby is refusing many presented foods, becoming overly fussy, or even crying at the presentation of foods. May Flowers Occupational Therapy can assess and support for sensory or developmental challenges that may be impacting babies success.
Infant/Toddler Development
From tummy time, to crawling, to walking and all of the skills in between, May Flowers can help support your infant develop their gross and fine motor skills through their toddler years!
The Process
Initial Evaluation
Follow- up Sessions
May Flowers Occupational Therapy is a private pay, out of network practice. Being such, allows the flexibility to dictate the most effective and thoughtful plan of care for your child, without the restrictions of insurance companies policies. This allows for the most holistic approach that is centered around the needs of your child and family. Following an initial evaluation, a treatment plan will be establish including frequency and duration of services, and goals for your child. Follow up visits will be scheduled that fit your schedule taking place in your home or even at your child’s daycare if applicable!
The initial evaluation will consistent of parent interview followed by a skilled assessment of your child’s current skills. Details about what to bring with you to the evaluation will be provided to you via email prior to your appointment.
60-90 Minutes
Investment: $250.00
Following the initial evaluation, the practitioner will establish an appropriate plan of care to best fit your child’s needs. Follow up sessions will provide an opportunity to ask questions, practice skills, and monitor your child’s progress.
30-45 minutes; typically 1x/week for 6 weeks
Investment: $50.00/session
